IDENTIFICATION DISCS Regular use of ID Discs insures that your facility has taken the extra steps to maintain the identity of the human remains in your care. Constructed of 18-gauge 304-type stainless steel, these identification discs help keep cremation records in order. No die charges or setup fees. Facility name and sequential numbering code included.

CREMATION TRAYS Durable, cardboard construction top & bottom, ships flat. Assembly required.

HAND MAGNET This lightweight hand magnet allows you to remove ferrous metal fragments from the cremated remains more efficiently.

BRUSHES We offer a variety of brushes that provide a more thorough clean out, and reduce abrasion on the floors of the cremation chamber.

TOOLS MCD manufacturers a variety of clean-out and stoking tools for all types of cremation equipment.

TEMPORARY CREMATED REMAINS CONTAINER Our TCC-1 containers provide 192 cubic inch of storage capacity and are constructed of high impact polypropolene plastic. The lid is molded to the container and simply snaps to close. (Plastic bags and ties included).

CARDBOARD MAILER Mailers for the temporary cremated remains containers (TCC-1) are 200 lbs tested cardboard and die-cut for easy assembly.

CREMATION ROLLERS Heavy-duty cardboard rollers make loading easier, reduce floor abrasion, aid in combustion and reduce fuel costs. Available in two sizes: 2 1/2 “x 18” and 2” x 16”.

GLOVES Our asbestos-free high temperature gloves offer maximum protection. Also available are heat resistant leather gloves with gauntlets.

LEATHER SLEEVES One-size-fits-all leather sleeves protect the operator’s arms from heat during stoking and clean out.

DUST MASK Lightweight disposable mask provides relief from dust.

FACE SHIELD Scratch resistant, gold-plated face shield provides maximum protection by reducing 99% of infrared and ultra-violet exposure.

CREMATED REMAINS COLLECTION PAN MCD manufactures stainless steel, black iron, galvanized and aluminum removal pans for any model cremator. Custom collection pans are available to your specifications, provide us with your dimensions.

CREMATION PAN A compact stainless steel cremation pan is ideal for containment of infant and small cases. Available in 20” and 30” diameters.

SAFETY PLACEMENT TOOL Allows for a safe insertion of cremation rollers and ID disc into a cremator. Actual size is 49” long.

CREMATED REMAINS CONTAINER FILLERS The unique design controls cremated remains transfer and is compatible with both temporary and permanent urns.

PROCESSOR TRAY COVER The Processor Tray Cover fits in the tray over the drum opening. This allows the operator to search for and remove, ferrous materials before processing. Constructed of rigid high-grade stainless steel, it will not affect the operation of the hand magnet.
POWER-VAK VACUUM SYSTEM Our portable Power-Vak is 50% more powerful than other types in use today and its 6-gallon canister is over two times larger in capacity. Features include exclusive internal deflector shield for longer life, Nomex high-temperature fiber filter, flame resistant intermediate filter, hose storage cage, 30’ electrical cord, portable and many more accessories.
