January 16, 2012 - Matthews Cremation Division announces the acquisition of the Todaysure Ltd. and Todaysure Projects Ltd.
Matthews Cremation, a division of Matthews International Corporation (Nasdaq: MATW) and leading manufacturer of human and pet cremation equipment announced today, the next step in the expansion of their European cremation and incineration operations with the acquisition of Todaysure Ltd. and Todaysure Projects Ltd. The newly merged operation will be known as Todaysure Matthews (TSM). Based in Manchester, United Kingdom, Todaysure was founded in 1994 and is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of combustion and environmental systems.

Matthews Cremation, a division of Matthews International Corporation (Nasdaq: MATW) and leading manufacturer & supplier of environmentally-driven cremation solutions recently announced its entrance into the realm of social media. Matthews Cremation, a division of Matthews International Corporation (Nasdaq: MATW) and leading manufacturer of human and pet cremation equipment was recently highlighted in the summer action movie, The A-Team. Released June 11, 2010, the movie makes use of Matthews cremation equipment in a scene where the character of Col. John ‘Hannibal’ Smith is placed in a cremation chamber while faking his own demise.
