Filtration Highlights

Heat Exchanger – Reduces flue gas temperature from 800º C to below 200º C, providing best filtering efficiencies suitable for dry filtration and reagent
injection systems. These are environmentally friendly systems, creating less CO2 emissions. We also offer an optional Heat Recovery system that can produce hot water or hot air for specific energy use applications.
Reaction Tower/Reagent Injection – Creating a cyclone effect, we clean emissions by separating large particulate matter safely into a stationary filter while flue gases travel through the treatment system. Efficiencies are enhanced by our ability to integrate the reaction of injecting reagents (Carbon and/or Hydrated Lime) with the pollutants to strengthen the removal of mercury and heavy metals, maximizing abatement.
Flue Gas Exhauster – Provides adequate system pressure balance and can overcome the expected pressure drop experienced throughout the emissions cleansing process.
Filter Housing –We can propose three (3) types of filtration systems in relation to the benefits that are expected to be achieved and especially to the space available. All three (3) solutions comply with the requirements of the European and UK standards for crematory emissions into the atmosphere.
Remote PLC Control System – This technology allows an operator to view your cremator in real-time from a remote work station within your crematory building. High-Definition color screen with technical graphics illustrates operating status during the cremation cycle. It features a continuous self-diagnostic system that establishes the most efficient production cycle for lowest fuel usage and lowest greenhouse gases.
